^ You can always make the 2 DLLs read-only by changing their properties, after you copy-overwrite them. I haven't tested to see if Steam actually deletes everything first, then copies over the updated files -OR- just does an overwrite. If the latter, then read-only-ing the files should work flawles...

Go to steam and set it's launch option to -eac-nop-loaded I believe they actually fixed this in the ODST release. So you can no longer gain achievements when doing this method. Only method remaining now is the bypass. What's the bypass? https://fearlessrevolution.com/viewtopic.php?p=125214#p125214

someone mentioned it earlier, but that apparently happens when you use an older version of the Diablo client. Make sure you're running Diablo Belzebub 1.045. And make sure everything is running as administrator just to be sure
