Yes, I am using the latest version seen in the CE app, which is supposedly 1.7.0.112. I'm on Steam version 1.7.0.133 of the game. It seems like activating either Unlimited Stamina or Unlimited Energy causes the high skill damage.

Hmm, does it happen in every mission?

Would it be possible to have a version that doesn't crank up skill damage to the max? Whenever I use a skill enemies just immediately die and it shows like 1m or 10m damage or something. What cheat(s) do you have enabled when this happens? This was a bug in the older trainer versions but was fixed ...

It is a very annoying & long process to do that because of how the game is coded. I had attempted already when I was making the trainer so I'm not sure I will do it.
