Metro Exodus - the health syringe address

I tried locking the amount of syringes and succeeded, but it looks like that the game changes the address when loading a new scene (dying, progress in the story etc.). Can you add infinite health syringes to the table? This would allow clearing to screen blood whenever needed without spending resources. I strongly disagree with the notion. Many people don't want to replay levels only to earn enigma codes, in other words: grind. I don't care about the other collectables. Support for increasing the codes could have been the definitive quality-of-life improvement for many. But thank you for your work ...

I haven't found a table compatible with Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus v20181119 (the latest version to my knowledge).

I want to either increase or freeze the amount of enigma codes — preferably both.

Can you add support for maxing out the enigma codes? If possible, I recommend freezing the value as the codes can be lost by failing the puzzle.
Seems to be well within the scope of the script.

Is the 2.0 version supposed to display as nothing but "my script" in Cheat Engine?

CE 7.0. Hopefully the script is compatible with the latest version of the game.

Has someone resolved the request? Unlocking all tracks is a viable, if not preferred alternative.

Was save-editing possible? I haven't yet purchased the game due to the reports of grind.
