Using the item cheats in the OPs table breaks the trigger for the two cutscenes to unlock the fell weapons. Apparently, having 15 of each fell weapon breaks that quest. I managed to trigger the scene on Ba'ul by setting all fell weapon quantities to 1. one fell weapon quantity to 0, ride Ba'ul, then...
