Chunks of it work, but some pieces (like enabling achievements with mods) don't. Well, Enabling achievements with mods... I doubt that will ever work, it was a "mistake" of a modder in the community, which CD though it enabled achievements with mods, it actually doesn't. So yeah, don't hope on that...
