When a value changes in Python the address ALSO changes.
Making almost impossible to search for values with cheat engine.

Oh that makes sense. I don't have the DLC. I can find the 4 bytes for ammo, health, and food. I'm guessing the health and hunger meters on the train are float values, but I could be wrong.
