Thus far the extension seems to be working fine in itself, but I've noticed the province in HRE doesn't seem to be working as intended. No matter which HRE province I click on, the value stays as 0. Same with non-HRE provinces it seems. If I change the value to 1 on non-HRE provinces, nothing happen...
