Seems like the weapon skill modifiers are cosmetic if applied through the table. They show up in your plugins, but testing in the training range doesn't cause any increase in damage, while manually installing the skills do. Tested for Crusher, Slasher, Pierce and the like. its not moving because your exp is still from your previous one until t catches up to your new level.
