Any good way to modify the numeric stat rolls on a gun?

Bit disappointed in how Johnny's gun performs when you finally get it, was hoping to modify it so it's up to speed with current weapons.

Is there a good way to set new players up with a full set of decorations with this table? If not, what do people use to manage that? I ran a 50x all decos script way back when the game recently launched but see no such option now.

Hey Sei, would you be alright with changing the font color of the spoiler to black or something dark? It's really hard to see the light font on a light background spoiler.

the give all mats doesn't identify the item tho, it stays as a ? regardless since it spawns the item instead of discovering it.
