Fleur de Lys works well, although you must activate it after you load your save, pause menu worked for me.

Works like a charm. Could you please add Dual Cleavers (from Dr. Pepper) and The Wilkinson figurehead (from Wilkinson promo)? Both items were excluded from PC version, although some cracked version of game on PC have acess to it.
