You just need to have 1 Point - then you can use the Inf Attributes and Skill Points. You gain 1 Attribute Point every 2 Levels

Can confirm that EXP multi and Infinite/Max Gauge isn't working "EXPMultAOB in module Game_Launch.exe not found."

i tested your savegame, its working without problems

Downloaded 7.0 and in this version your table is working fine without problems.
