Any idea on unlocking all mercs? Currently I'm in League 10, still can't get many legendary mercs, always feel hard to win.

Use the negative price hack that is mentioned above and just abuse event(the mini event one)

Got every merc, league 9, 27k power, not banned more than a week. I just don't really abuse astronomical numbers in a short amount of time, but do it regularly.

not banned in a week, using free draft and chests, also roulette, but not really abusing. Thx guys, this thread is golden
