Made a basic bitch table for the first Galaxy Angel game.

Features:
-quick fill SP gauge
-always filled energy gauge

I'm still trying to make it so my character will have 140 in every stat. It seems most things can be changed with 2 byte searches. I changed the stats. I'm not too sure how permanent the bonus is, haven't tested it other than using the skills - which reset the stats back to their base values if use...

Materials seem to be 2 bytes for those of you who want to just manually edit them with the basic tools.
