my sigils, overmastery, items quantity all work, its just imbued i cant make it to save.

yeah, I could only level the sigil from 7~10.

can anyone please elaborate step by step how to edit sigils, im going insane.
i tried everything, the new sigil only method with correct levels, i simply cannot keep any.

So far i know theres a rule were you cant have the same sigil trait for example double tyran not sure if this is true because people have 4 dmg caps, 3supp dmg, etc. also if this was a problem wouldnt i have kept my war elemental? everything is gone back to what it was after game reset. I also experience this everynow and then when trying to sigil editor, it wont let me colapse the sigil editor:
