As of the latest patch (1.3.16), the upgrade all cards doesn't work anymore. Did the pointers change?

I took the cheat table and updated it myself. This should work for version 1.3.12 (latest version at time of posting) of the game. The data should populate after you move to a new location and I have also added a script that upgrades all cards after moving. Hi there! I've been using your table for ...
