This should works. Might help to explain yourself better, I can't seem to see what you are asking to do. For example, the ecx register is something like this: 02 1C 42 32 21 00 39 00 ... I have a working pnach file like this:
Now I don't want to use pnach file anymore, I want to use only CE.
So I "add address manually", paste "00463FA9" but it doesn't work.
What's the formula to convert the address.
