Your dxgi.dll is 0 KB sized. It can't run, re-download the file and watch the size ( it should be 219 KB ) Maybe you are using some crapy anti-virus that is messing with the DLL coz it detects it as threat? Good spot, wasn't my anti-virus but was my dodgy 7-zip integrated into Windows 11. Fixed now...

Is there a compatible version of this for version 1.2.0.0 of the game?
