there is a mod but it only changes the appearence(it can also replace armor by npcs appearence)but not the stats it's called Aloy's Adjustments :

I have the same problem with any table and fearlessrevolution trainer sadly but i thought it was a problem with my save or the game since it happens on some enemies but not the others mostly when you catch an enemy from behind and press the "don't kill" option he will drop the weapon and get on the ...
