Check out Sun's variant of the Achievement Enabler if you only want to do some "casual" cheating and retain an unmarked save. If you don't care, then the one linked earlier works perfectly fine as long as you leave it installed.

Doesn't appear to be a 'permanent' fix unless you plan to keep it installed. If you remove it, it will treat the saves as a 'Modded' character again, even if installed before activating the console commands. Which is to say that it suppresses the save being considered 'modded,' but it doesn't preven...
