does anyone know why my character spends 2 action points per attack/spell? i messed around with the passives/feat, maybe that has something to do with it?

hello again, can someone share their a file that contains all the passives with their description? I tried to get them through the game directory but its always incomplete. Thank you in advance.

Does anyone know the passive ID for Cull the weak? Not the tadpole passive.

"Passive Effect: You deal an additional 2d6 Slashing Damage damage to targets below 50% of their maximum hit points."

Hi does anyone know the passive ID for cull the weak? Not the cull illithid one. But the passive that gives slashing damage on creatures with less health. I initially found it but forgot what it was. Thank you.
