FearLess Cheat Engine

Does anyone know how to de-level a character? I realize I can respec the Character and just leave them at the Level I wish, but the Level Up sign is pretty annoying.

can someone tell me how to add all Weapon Proficiencys to my character? I can't figure it out.

Is it not possible to have all Spells prepared as a Wizard? I don't understand what "Add Spells" does or how to use it, and I can only add "Prepared" Spell slots up to like 13 or something.

Is it maybe possible as a sorcerer? Or is it just impossible to have all Spells useable at the same time?
