No you can't use master collection versions on retroarch, they need different versions of the game.
Retroarch is emulation tool to emulate different consoles so you need original roms to use with it

Not sure if possible, but would be great if there was change status for PAL card so it could be changed to normal, cold or hot

Infinite Oxygen (O2 Gauge) and Infinite Stamina (Grip Gauge) would be also nice

One hit to kill bosses, does it exist?

That wouldn't be good idea as it could mess up bosses as they are multi phased. Probably would just end up crashing the game.

This crashes the game during the Volgin fight.

Just disable infinite ammo / reload during that fight and everything is fine.
It is because the lightning attack affects your ammo, so making it infinite crashes the game
