Just an Idea i had a Table with Unlimited Grenades and Syringes but it was a "legit" scrpipt meaning those items would still consume but stay at 1 so it wouldnt be that obvious that you are running with full equipment for 30 min straigt, but i deleted the table for unknown reasons... maybe you could...
