I know that there are already several trainers available (just look at your preferred website)... I don't know if any of them have no-clip/free-fly camera, however.
I'd help out, but my trainer/table-making skills are mainly limited to finding pointers.

I hate to cry wolf... But... AFAIK, I was able to get the anvil menu to work in the main menu/splash screen... But if I start a new game or load one, the tab key will not pull up the anvil menu, not in the tactical mode (the battles) or in the strategy mode (the geoscape).. Maybe anvil menu doesn't ...

been messing with the game for a while, found some interesting stuff i thought i'd share: max sprint is a float and is equal to might/10.. so if your might is 35, wait until sprint meter is full, do an "exact value" search for 3.5...then run a bit (until meter at halfway) then do a search for "value...
