FearLess Cheat Engine

I'm Trying to use the table's item cheats, but I can't get any of them to work. Can someone walk me through how to use the table to add items and bugs to my inventory? And while I'm at it, can someone add an option to keep shield durability at max?

I'm trying to use this cheat list, but I'm really confused about some of the options. Can someone tell me how to use the tutor exp options? What numbers do i need to put in?
