FearLess Cheat Engine

I'm having some troubles with the "FreeMultiGacha" option from the nutaku table, it's not activating the option, anyone here knows how to fix it?

I was doing the adventures and i don't have the requested item to choose one of the options in Lara's sorority pledge, the public bathroom path, the option is "Well, i have this friend who runs a whole porn empire". Does anyone know how to get it?
