No unlocker is going to help in this case. They disabled the quest in the game code. Even if you get around that limitation, some of the game files are just not shipped with non-PS version. No, this works that is just the SQL, but it is patched out from the original Game files. Phoenix\Content\Gameplay\RPGSystems\Potions\FelixFelicis\RPG_PotionAbility_FelixFelicis.uasset is deleted from the newest "pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.ucas" and maybe it is also deleted from "pakchunk0-WindowsNoE...

Hi! If you change these files "pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.ucas, pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.pak and pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.utoc" whit pre-patch version, felix works again. Those are they files that was patched. Tested whit my backup and works.
