I would make sure you are using the same version of Dolphin. Make sure you accept the lua. Make sure the Activate Trainers are on. I found an issue with Infinite Split Items causing the numbers to be screwed up when I was testing this by playing a new game with Patch 7. I think I have fixed this issue in this update though.
