FearLess Cheat Engine

When I tried to download, Windows detected virus at this file, named "Trojan:Win32/Sabsik.FL.A!ml" and blocked to download this file. What should I do did I get virus?

I have question about "All Players Interested" cheat. I checked the box yes, I used it but now I don't want to use this cheat anymore on my save , so how can I turn off that? Thanks for the table by the way...
