can confirm that editing data.hpk works with savegame. start a new game with original data.hpk, make a save game and overwrite the data.hpk with the selfpacked hpk. done modification with decay timers, stacksizes, energyconsumption/production and humantraits. all works well. its kinda a cheaty one. ...
