Normaly some Editors are Hidden in the Game.
With Developer mode these should be visible later when the Offical Mod Editor comes out.

I too found myself in the same problem.
I've tried some tools but it seems that none are able to open "lua" files legibly.
Do any of you know how to do it? and with which tool to do it?
