I tried to look in the thread. But how do I go about changing a weapon's perk? I am guessing the perk I put it doesn't save, correct?

I haven't tried the infinite ammo or throwables/placeables plugin since someone said they broke during this update (if someone can correct me on that one, by all means). But health, stamina, ox, and hunger work fine.
