For all alternate amunitions i use Infinity.
Iv you active there "Unlimited Ammo" you get ALL ammo. but only when its activ. I Play with Infinity AND CE. But in CE i only have "Inf Throwable & Placeables" ON. It works fine.

They are server sided, it has already been discussed: they cannot be edited.
