I would start by asking myself WHY there are these limitations in place. Then proceed with: how robust is my PC, how I got 2 SLI GFX boards, how I got 23891273891 RAM and 8 CPUs NASA-mode. The usual response is because it would lag the game too much if rendering goes across the "flat Earth" horizon.

I think he needs first to work on other departments. My experience with the likes of him taught me no matter how you dumbify your explanation, there will be countless questions.
