I am wondering is there anyway to have the tick boxes on the table enabled when loading the table?

I am having problems with a game and when i try to do process it says Failed opening process. Likely due to lack of admin rights. I have disabled SIC and i also tried to give it admin rights but it dosent show in the menu when i right click on CE. Any help is appreciated.

Can you please update the table?
