Open the Cfg folder in the installation directory. Open Actors > Heroes > SirBalan.cfg in Notepad. Change Generic=8 to =9 and save the file.

Hi, seems that my playthrough is glitched. Sir Balan always has one fewer AP than he's supposed to have, but only on a mission / in combat. For example, right now on his stats page (viewable when outside of a mission), he has 8 AP (8 Base - 2 from Heavy Armor + 1 from Loyalty + 1 from Skill lessenin...
