FearLess Cheat Engine

Hello excuse me, Im quite new to this cheat table stuff so how do I exactly enable the cheat table in cheat engine? When I click on the box it wont let me tick it, and when I look into the cheat table file it says to put in the word Disable to enable the cheat? I really dont understand how this works
