I've seen some people say they have issues with random people being locked (like Godfather) with 1.16 and using my new unlocker I haven't tested this but back up your save and try this Reset Unlocker.cem apply it the same way you apply the unlocker, then apply the unlocker again at the same address...

the unlocker handles that. there were a unlocker who used to handle it permenantly for showcase wrestlers and that was on 17th page.
