yes you can just edit the ID's in the charactermapping file with hex editors and caketools

There hasn't been many bannings on any game from CreamAPI same with greenluma and other steam DLC unlockers I even play the Halo Infinite campaign on steam from creamapi.

You can't share steam saves. It's tied to the user ID.
