Edit 1 : only activate inf HP still crash

Edit 2 : activate no cheat no crash , will try disabling inf health before getting to next stage

Player XP is XP for the character you play, Party XP is for the team members if they are fighting with you. They also earning XP when they kill.

its weird , speed works for me for every character without re-applying again and even in base too
