I think I figured something out. I went to open the 2.4 table without CE open. Instead I renamed to csrss.exe and NOW it works. Just FYI.

I did all the suggestions above, and it still does not work for me. CE 7.3 loads up (using the renamed to svhost.exe, and tried renaming the different versions e.g. -x86_64 etc) and whenever I load the script CE freezes.
