Be careful using this table, there is minimal danger but if you fuck up extraordinarily, it can break the game and you will need to manually edit your save file to make it work again. There's NO risk of permanent loss of save files though.
==============================================
Assembly Bill List:
The values have to be combined to achieve more than 1 Unlock.

==============================================
Squad Data List:
The values have to be combined to achieve more than 1 Unlock.
If you want to unlock Innocent Aid + Supply Depot, the value is 10+20 = 30
This is HEX data, so 40 + 80 is NOT 120, but B0. 10 + 40 + 80 would be C0. All of them together: F0
In table2, we have more addresses, adding them all together becomes FF
And so forth.
Table1
10 Innocent Aid
20 Supply Depot
40 Alchemy
80 Flatty
Table2
01 Giant Killer
02 Asagi Fan Club
04 Hunter Team
08 Foot Soldier
10 Cyber Special
20 Prinny
40 Defense Outpost
80 Dark Assembly
Table3
01 Support Group
02 Item Adventure
04 Research Support
10 Ability
20 Elite Four
40 Skill Training
80 Relief Party
Table4
01 Boot Camp
02 Channeling
08 Curry
==============================================
Netherworld NPCs
Most of these require you to save, then reload the game to show results
Again, these values need to be combined to unlock multiple NPCs
To unlock everything: Table 1 - AB, Table 2 - FF, Table 3 - 71
Table1
01 Item Worlder Enabled
02 Squad NPC Enabled
08 Interrogation Room Enabled
20 Cheat Shop Enabled
80 Innocent NPC Enabled
Table2
E0 = 01 Assembly Enabled
D0 = 02 Quest Shop Enabled
B0 = 04 Skill Shop Enabled
70 = 08 Chara World Enabled
F4 = 40 Netherworld Research
F8 = 80 Curry Station Enabled
Table3

==========================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================
WORD OF WARNING - THIS IS A LITTLE MORE COMPLEX THAN THE SHIT BEFORE
REPLACING NPCS TO OBTAIN OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE NPCS
I cannot make an easy table for this because I don't know how to pointer yet and the addresses are too dynamically assigned to make them permanent.
SAVE THE TABLE AFTER FINDING THE RIGHT ADDRESS
SAVE THE TABLE AFTER FINDING THE RIGHT ADDRESS
SAVE THE TABLE AFTER FINDING THE RIGHT ADDRESS
It is possible the game does some minuscule changes to the data after you change it, so CE can't find any green addresses. You can avoid this by saving the table once you found them the first time - the address only changes between different save games (different for each new game)
LAND OF CARNAGE GUIDE MADE FROM WHOLE ROAST PIG
First we replace the trophy NPC, because he is useless, with the Land of Carnage Guide
To enable this, copy
32 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 D9 0B 00 00 F4 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 1A 01 00 00 42 00 00 00 E0 F1 1E 00 1A 00 00 00
now change your value type to "array of byte", tick the 'hex' box and paste the above
It should yield one to several green colored addresses
Replace the value of a green address, usually it is the last one you find, you just searched with
32 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 78 00 00 00 FF FF FF FF 4C FF FF FF 3E 01 00 00 FE 01 00 00 F0 95 1F 00 17 00 00 00
Now enter the the assembly OR the recruiter OR item world OR dimensuin guide OR save and reload (it needs to reload the map, hospital and other overlayd shops don't work)
Voila
You still need the talk.dat file that should be packed with this table
TO REVERSE THIS CHANGE (Land of Carnage Guide to Trophy Pig)
The same process as above:
Value type: "array of byte"
Search for
32 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 78 00 00 00 FF FF FF FF 4C FF FF FF 3E 01 00 00 FE 01 00 00 F0 95 1F 00 17 00 00 00
and change it to
32 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 D9 0B 00 00 F4 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 1A 01 00 00 42 00 00 00 E0 F1 1E 00 1A 00 00 00
##############
ALCHEMIST MADE OUT OF DOWNLOADABLE LADY FIGHTERS
Same process as above but this time we search for
2E 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 D3 0B 00 00 96 00 00 00 87 00 00 00 32 01 00 00 9E 01 00 00 28 E6 1E 00 19 00 00 00
And replace it with
2E 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 CB 0B 00 00 3B 01 00 00 0F 00 00 00 58 00 00 00 C6 00 00 00 B8 CE 1E 00 13 00 00 00
REVERSING THIS CHANGE (Alchemist to DLC Shop)
It's highly likely the game did a small change to the code for the alchemist after talking to it once, which is why we search for:
2E 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 CB 0B 00 00 3B 01 00 00 0F 00 00 00 5A 00 00 00 C6 00 00 00 B8 CE 1E 00 13 00 00 00
Of course you can save yourself the trouble if you saved the table after finding the address the first time. SAVE THE TABLE AFTER FINDING THE RIGHT ADDRESS
If this doesn't work, search for
2E 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 CB 0B 00 00 3B 01 00 00 0F 00 00 00 58 00 00 00 C6 00 00 00 B8 CE 1E 00 13 00 00 00
instead.
And we replace this with
2E 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 D3 0B 00 00 96 00 00 00 87 00 00 00 32 01 00 00 9E 01 00 00 28 E6 1E 00 19 00 00 00
and done.

Map Editor made out of Delusions (Memory Viewer -> Map Maker/Editor)
09 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 C1 0B 00 00 82 00 00 00 E2 FF FF FF EA 00 00 00 4E 00 00 00 A8 A7 1E 00 0A 00 00 00
This can be a tad annoying as Memory Viewer data seems to fluctuate a little and there will be multiple results. In my experience the last one is the right one. Usually.
We replace the line above with
09 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 D1 0B 00 00 2D 00 00 00 4C FF FF FF 3D 01 00 00 CE 01 00 00 A0 D2 1E 00 14 00 00 00
donzo.
UNDOING THIS (Putting the poor cat in the cardboard box -> Map Editor to Memory Viewer)
Again you can save yourself the trouble if you save the table after finding the address
Otherwise search for
09 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 D1 0B 00 00 2D 00 00 00 4C FF FF FF 3E 01 00 00 CE 01 00 00 A0 D2 1E 00 14 00 00 00
and replace with
09 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 C1 0B 00 00 82 00 00 00 E2 FF FF FF EA 00 00 00 4E 00 00 00 A8 A7 1E 00 0A 00 00 00
This basically covers the more intense stuff. There is no 'easier' guide than this, it's just that kind of messing around
