I don't know if CE table exist, but I used trainer from GameCopyWorld site in past and it was OK.
If you can't find it, i will send it to you (coudn't find upload file option in reply).

Yes, i know GameCopyWorld, and i've seen/used the trainer's there, and the only thing that kinda interested me was one with the infinite uses for the Medallion.
I was kinda looking for a inventory editor or something like that, but i found nothing so far, and not sure if it was ever been made :/

Inventory editor isn't made as far as I know. But you can manually change number of items (same number 4 bytes if I remember correctly). I am not sure what do you wish to edit, but there are mods on Nexus that add more mutagens drops and weightless mod if it helps.
