Are addresses consistent across all versions of Dark Souls remastered?

One thing I've noticed since using cheat engine is that when you find an address for say the amount of souls you have, that address is always the same (makes sense). What I want to know is if someone else's soul level address and my soul level address will be the same. If so does anyone know what the address for soul level is, I capped myself and want to change it.

The address is not always the same, you have to find a pointer for it.



Be careful, changing stats, souls or soul level will lead to a softban.
