Halcyon 6: Starbase Commander (2017-08-13)

[Shinkansen]

Simple table for Halcyon 6: Starbase Commander, may or may not work. Game generates code at runtime so table has a high chance of not working / detecting the wrong code / crashing.

Usage info:
Scripts with "To Activate: XXX" can only be activated (put an "X" into the box) after doing action XXX.
Scripts with "To Update: XXX" will only update their effect after doing action XXX.
Addresses with "XXX?" will enable the script effect XXX when 1 is put into the Value.

In general:
A. Do action YYY.
B. Activate (put an X) the "Initialization (Activate This First)" script.
C. Activate (put an X) the "Base Address Scan (To Activate: YYY, To Update: ZZZ)" script.
D. Enable (put a 1) the desired effect. Example: "Set Health to Max?" address.
E. Do action ZZZ.

"Fleet Travel Time, Travel Fuel Set to 0?" improved to work more reliably after loading.
"Faction Resources Set to Massive?" sets Faction resources to massive.

"Ship Health Set to Massive?" sets Ship Health to massive.
"Ship Damage Set to Massive?" sets Ship Damage to massive.
"Ship Stats Set to Massive?" sets Ship Stats to massive.
"Ship Energy Regeneration Set to Massive?" sets Ship Energy Regeneration to massive.
"Ship Range Set to Massive?" sets Ship Range to massive.
"Fleet Travel Time Set to 0?" sets Fleet Travel Time to 0.
"Officer Health Set to Massive?" sets Officer Health to massive.
"Officer Damage Set to Massive?" sets Officer Damage to massive.
"Officer Stats Set to Massive?" sets Officer Stats to massive.

To edit Officers, must now first assign to a ship and also make sure all ships have Officers.

"Reward Set to Massive?" sets Rewards to massive.

Affects Unit Templates, not the units themselves.
"Health Set to Massive?" sets Health to massive.
"Damage Set to Massive?" sets Damage to massive.
"Stats Set to Massive?" sets Stats to massive.
"Fleet Travel Time Set to 0?" sets Fleet Travel Time to 0.

Allows the following to be modfied.
- "Unit Stats -> xp". Officer Experience
- "Officer Stats -> SkillPointsk__BackingField". Officer Skill Points.

3. ShipPrototype.
"Construction Cost Set to -ve?" sets Construction Costs to -9999999. Building ships now gives resources.
"Construction Time Set to 0?" sets Contruction Time to 0.
"Travel Fuel Set to 0?" sets Travel Fuel to 0.

4. StarbaseRoomPrototype.
"Construction Cost Set to -ve?" sets Construction Costs to -9999999. Building ships now gives resources.
"Construction Time Set to 0?" sets Contruction Time to 0.
"Power Provided Set to Massive, Power Used Set to 0?" sets Power Provided to massive, Power Used to 0.
