Table for Suikoden 4. For stats, freeze exp at 995, the game uses Final Fantasy 8 style of leveling, you'll gain a level for every 5 exp and get the stat ups but you'll remain at level 1, then set your level to (level you want - 1)000 max exp is 98999 which will give you level 99 with 999 exp.
