1. Load up CE
2. Load up FO (version 1.02 US)
3. Load a saved game
4. Open up CE
5. Add address "00477503"
6. Carefully edit the value to "67197953"
7. Reopen Fallout and try to drop a quantity of anything.
What happens is:
Normally the game subtracts the quantity from your inventory then drops it. Our modification changes the subtraction operation to an addition operation.
How to use:
Just drop x amount of $$$/items out of your inventory.
