Actually quick building doesn't seem to work at all for machine.
edit 3: I'm not sure what actually DOES work for machine empire - hive mind too.

How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
There's a beta 2.2.2 "stellaris_test", with a lot of fixes. They may update it a few times before pushing it to release.
Just fyi, I'm not asking for a cheat table.
This is just good old murphy applied to paradox games. For every time someone asks for 'TABLE UPDATE' there will be another quickfix patch applied to the queue.

Well it's the same with or without.
In 2.1.3 it worked flawlessly, as in each tick a construction was finished, be it ship or building.
Now neither work, the days just flow by and the progress bar is filling as usual.
The game is modded, but it did not matter before.
OK, I think something's wrong on my side - research isn't working either, so it's likely that no options work.
I am using it on Steam, singleplayer, normal release channel, CE 6.8.1.
You left the 'activate children too' on for both empire/resources and empire/general. Might want to change that before someone asks why his resources are frozen.

I have both legit (with creamapi and mods though) and cracked client (unmodded). It works fine on the cracked one, not on the legit one, even after reinstalling.
I am playing as driven assimilators and those options works fine.
BTW I hope this is not asking for much but would it be possible to have an option to edit admin cap or district limit?
Total number of districts is tied to planet size (covered in the extension). Specialized districts on the other hand probably need some more insight.
Correct, I'm looking into specialized districts, but they seem to be a bit of an obscure value, or attached to something I'm not aware of yet. I'm putting some research into them once I get the EU4 table updated.

I can't seem to get the "Civic Picks" to work.
I am fairly confident both quick production and quick building do 'stuff'. Maybe just not what you expect.
Quick building most certainly speeds up your construction ships tasks. And as mentioned earlier at least blocker clearing and district construction is affected by quick production.

On the topic of the civic picks. When increasing those you are still limited by the regular game rules. Can't pick both militant and pacifist at the same time (same for all the other opposing pairs). If you were talking about the amount of ethics you could pick at species creation, that is an UI limitation and there is nothing you can do about it. Once that window is filled with six? ethics you are done. Gotta change those at a later time when your game already has started.

Back to the specialized district values.
Those are linked with planetary deposits from what I could tell.
Console only allows displaying a list of all deposits though. Fidling with those probably needs some table mojo.
