I tried to change the attributes in Skyrim mod (Enderal) I can found the value but when I change the number in attributes it's still same. I tried also with0 "all scan" (Byte, 2 Byte. 4 Byte, Float, Double.....)
Skyrim uses the Papyrus scripting language, and it hard to say how that will handle values; it might not exist in the same way as it would with a variable in C++. And did you try changed and unchanged value scans?

Adresses of items works, but when I try to find pointer of items game is shutting down
Again, you're going to have to give a bit more information. What did you do to "find" a pointer? Is the game crashing, or closing; does it give an error message?
It's like telling a mechanic that your car "no drive", and expecting them to be able to fix it without even seeing it.
