I believe one of those mission modifiers focuses on damage/defense because I noticed some are increasingly harder on hit while others are weaker and take longer to kill. I could be wrong.
M-thing 4-6 are tempered statuses, either tempered or not.

About the monster being harder or weaker, could it be that you were doing investigations with multiple monsters? Because the monsters hp scale down for each additional monster in the investigation.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
I am not certain at this point, attempting to test further the first 5 sets of booleans to see if I can notice any differences. I was mainly focusing my attention to the monster types/tempered/identified booleans at this moment. I updated my original post with more information. I still am not 100% sure what the first few booleans represent or modify.
Also I added Capture status, which is value 8 in this case, and only works on 1 monster.
Regarding the mission type, there is "6: Hunt small fry monsters".
And I modified a really low rank mission, "Hunt Great Jagras" and was able to go up to 14 or so with the rewards, getting 5 gold rewards without having to lower any of the other values like player amount or time. Only the "money vs rewards" reduced the reward quality. The mission type affects the span for the other values, or at least for the reward value.
It's good to know that the monster values differ between different sessions and thus also players. I'll have to reverse their decryption then and create dynamic dropdown lists with lua, it didn't look very hard to me.
There should also be something to scale monsters, I think a Great Jagras near high rank but not tempered is still way stronger than a beginner's level one, am I wrong?

You are correct, The Great Jagras for example does have a much higher difficulty than the low rank version, I do not believe jagras can be tempered though? Certain monsters do not appear tempered, not sure what they are but I have not seen the Jagras/Kulu Yaku etc as tempered yet. STill unable to figure out the first 5 boolean-like values.

I assume that you mean "beginner level" like a low rank, 1 star mission with a Great Jagras that will be alot weaker than a 5 star (max low rank mission) Great Jagras? I think there isn't any difference in stats of a monster kind of the same rank.
Monsters do get stronger from low rank -> high rank -> tempered stats wise (HP, attack, defence)
I'm getting a lot of crashes I wasn't getting before. I'm only using the kill/capture scripts and the infinite tracks option. They either crash the game when I switch back, or after the quest completes.
Slightly related, still think the kill/capture options would be best if they all defaulted to false, so you could pick what you wanted when you turned them on (since you don't have to check the boxes).
Edit: Found the DB lines, easy fix. Still crashing, but the options default off.
If I dont gain xp anymore after I edit my HR, is there a fix to that or do I have to use old savegame?
Did you set your HR to 999 and then back to something lower? I have done that before and I couldn't get any exp anymore when I had set back my HR. How I fixed this is by editing the hunter exp, instead of the hunter rank directly, you can find it 2 options below the hunter rank option in the table.
If that doesn't fix it, don't forget that your HR is capped by the main quest, HR 29 and HR 49 quests. You will still get exp even if you're capped (you will simply not see the progress bar) by your quest progression. You will get all the HR levels according to your exp that you've gained when you were capped by the quests after you've unlocked your cap.
Here are some exp values (from darkenemy11's post on the first page)
Hi Seikur0, how can i adjust the number of items eg, bomber, dragonblast nut, blastnut ..... i use Heavy Bowgun Weapon and i need them!!!!!
Try the other table by squall8, there is a highlighted item pointer which you can change the item or amount.
If you simply want infinite item use, both tables have that option too.
And always backup your save file in case something goes wrong.

It would help if you could narrow it down to the exact script that is causing crashs.
Also keep in mind, that if you're using Squall's table as well and you close the main script on of them while the other one's already activated it'll undo the aa-tamper and lead to crashs.

Editing the hunter xp has fixed the problem. Now I can see my exp bar gain again after each mission, thanks! . I have set my HR to 49 and completed the quests and went back to like HR 38 where I was.

I can't reproduce these crashs, I can literally go in and out of missions with all these cheats active. Toggle them on and off as much as I want.
For the investigation, what kind of investigation is it? Can you do a screenshot?
And for the kill/capture maybe you're trying to capture an elder dragon? I can image that this would lead to crashs, but I don't know.
Based on the testing I have done, Tempered Status is stored somewhere else and not in the monster itself. Here are the patters I was able to dissect so far (T) being Tempered, but yet they have the same values as a non tempered monster. So another offset must be storing the tempered status.

Two things, while the values are random between runs, you can still use any of them and they keep their meaning, the random key, which the game uses is contained in the part that I called "obfuscation calc values". I just tested that. So you can make a list for yourself. I'm working on deciphering these now.
And another thing for the rewards, instead of making it harder on yourself and lowering the allowed faints or something, you can always increase the reward value instead and reach the same maximum rewards that way. So if you have all the best conditions for your mission, maximum money etc. you can always set your rewards higher and still get 5 gold rewards. So it's not money vs rewards, as nearly all things affect the reward (but never the maximum reward level).
